Shell medium-sized, elongate , thick wall with rounded periphery. Spire moderately high, body whorl glossy, reaching 2/3 length. Aperture pale violet within, wideing anteriorly and truncate at the anterior extremity. Outer lip thin, stromboid notch extremily shallow. Color cream white with brown blotches. Specimens with uniformly orange color are seldom seen. This species was name for its shape which is similar to that of Terebelum sp.. Size: 30-105 mm. Distribution: Ninh Thuan, Khanh Hoa, etc.
