Lacinate Conch
DESCRIPTION
A solid, moderately large shell with a high, stepped, knobbed spire and body whorl with a winglike extension. The lip's thin upper edge has four rounded, fingernail-shaped projections. Creamy, marked with yellowish brown, wavy streaks; aperture purple.
